At Swasya, we carefully pack and dispatch every order to ensure your products reach you safely.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship orders across India.
2. Order Processing and Dispatch
Orders are processed and dispatched within 4–5 working days from the date of successful payment confirmation.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive the relevant shipping and tracking information at the contact details provided during checkout.
3. Delivery
Orders are shipped through our logistics partners, including Shiprocket and its associated courier partners.
The actual delivery time may vary depending on the delivery location, courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, unforeseen logistical circumstances, or other factors beyond our control.
The 4–5 working day timeframe refers to order processing and dispatch, and not a guaranteed delivery date.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the order and delivery location.
Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly shown to you before you complete your purchase.
5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information at the time of placing an order.
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate address, or because the recipient is unavailable or refuses to accept the delivery, additional shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be re-dispatched.
6. Failed Delivery
If a shipment is returned to us because of repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, incorrect address details, refusal to accept the package, or other circumstances attributable to the customer, the order may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Any re-shipping, where offered, may be subject to additional shipping charges.

Returns Policy

At Swasya, we take care to pack and dispatch our products appropriately. Due to the nature of our products and for reasons relating to product safety and hygiene, we do not accept returns once an order has been successfully placed and dispatched.
1. No Returns
All purchases made through swasya.com are considered final.
We do not accept returns for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Change of mind
• Incorrect product selection
• Personal preference
• Unwanted products
• Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
• Delays caused by the customer being unavailable to receive the order
2. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal to accept delivery, or unsuccessful delivery attempts attributable to the customer, the order will not be eligible for return or refund.
If re-delivery is available, it may be subject to additional shipping charges.

Refund Policy

All purchases made through swasya.com are considered final. Swasya does not offer refunds for products once an order has been successfully placed.
1. No Refunds
We do not provide refunds for:
- Change of mind
• Incorrect product selection
• Personal preference
• Unwanted products
• Incorrect order details entered by the customer
• Orders that cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address
• Orders refused or not accepted by the customer
• Failed delivery attempts attributable to the customer
• Delays caused by circumstances outside Swasya’s reasonable control
2. Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been placed and payment has been successfully completed.
Please review your order details carefully before completing your purchase.
3. Failed or Returned Shipments
If an order is returned to Swasya because of an incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, recipient unavailability, or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts attributable to the customer, the order will not be eligible for a refund.
Where re-delivery is possible, additional shipping charges may apply.
4. Payment Issues
If an amount has been debited from your account but your order was not successfully created due to a payment or technical issue, please contact us at hello@swasya.com with the relevant payment and transaction details.
We will review the transaction and, where applicable, process the resolution in accordance with the payment status.
